Functional Fillers

Our functional fillers (also known as kaolins) is a hydrated alumnium silicate crystalline mineral (kaolinite), formed from weathered granite that once sat below the earth’s surface. The benefits of using these performance minerals is that it has easy dispersion, has rheology control, has better processing efficiency, and improving performance and appearance. Our partner strives to minimize its environmental impact by establishing ways to mine and produce kaolins.
